The Segond Hotel

Fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and anything we needed was dealt with immediately. The rooftop was definitely the highlight, with amazing views and a great atmosphere. Breakfast was good, though a few more options would make it even better. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d happily stay here again!

Pour améliorer encore un peu plus, prévoir une prise pour le sèche cheveux à côté du miroir. Dans les couloirs il y a quelques très jolies tableaux cependant ça manque un peu de plantes.

lighting in the corridor was poor you could hardly see to put in the digital code, even in the rooms lighting was very poor, especially in the bathroom.

We stayed in a room with a private pool, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. It was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time as a family, and we made great use of it throughout our holiday.

Unfortunately, some aspects of the service and facilities were disappointing. When I asked one of the Zzzing staff members for an extra towel for my baby, I received a very cold and immediate "no" without any explanation or attempt to help. It felt quite unempathetic and changed my perception of the overall service. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. We had to ask multiple times for certain things to be addressed, and the cleaning lacked attention to detail. The breakfast area was another weak point. The selection was quite limited compared to what you would expect from a hotel of this category, and the atmosphere felt rather cold and uninviting. The furniture was basic, and the coffee machine seemed to be out of order frequently. What we liked least was the self-clearing system in the breakfast area. Guests are expected to return their own dishes, and there was a garbage bag place on a table right next to dining tables where people continuously dropped off used plates and leftovers while others were eating. This was not particularly pleasant and took away from the dining experience.
