Our room was top. And a good b fast.

I've booked and paid for 3 deluxe with sofa bed and we had 2. A child had to sleep between the parents. Had a standard room instead. Requested help from the hotel and they put the blame on booking.com, sent an e-mail to booking.com and they said its the hotel that needs to settle this issue. It was a bit hard to get all the information, room number and code. No staff is there to help, at least i phoned on the telephone provided and had assistance by the phone.
