Homewood Suites By Hilton Montreal Downtown

Staff are exceptional and well trained. Customer requests handled quickly and very efficiently. Rooms very comfortable, clean and well equipped.

The room was nice, the kitchen was adequately stocked, the balcony was nice. The property is located 1/2 block away from a homeless camp and a fire station which was very active. Sirens could be heard frequently.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the breakfast was good, although the options were somewhat limited. The only concern was the daily room service — we did not receive it regularly, and I had to call to request new and dry towels. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. However, it’s worth noting that there is a shelter for homeless individuals located nearby, which may be important for some guests to know.

Internet appeared to only work in the room. Rooms were clean. Staff is great. Hotel has a perfect location to walk everywhere. However, across the street is a homeless mission and there was a big homeless encampment across the street

Excelent long stay hotel. Newer, clean, good breakfast. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Near China Town, so good food. Avoid hotel's restaurant, it is expensive and mediocre.

Easy walk to old Montreal with so many restaurants, shops, Notre Dame Basilica and old Governor's mansion.

Great hotel. The only dowside is the amount of homeless people in the area.
