"Exceptional"

Clean and well appointed facility. The manager was an amazing host, greeting guests and spreading Christmas cheer. He even had us in the lobby singing and doing the Hokies pokie dance, and taking pictures with us. He was awesome. (Many of us were in town for a rock concert, Heart”.)

"Room was nice except for the barn style sliding door on the bathroom. It didn’t give much privacy and it was heavy."

It is designed like another Hampton In where we stayed over the summer. Bed and room layout were as advertised.

We waited over an hour to check in past the 3:00 check in. Claimed that they were short-staffed, no manager in the building, then there was a computer issue and couldn’t assign a king room but did I want a Queen. We missed dinner before our show.

Good location to many food places and casino.

Needs more parking. Breakfast was no great. Pool was nice but need a jacuzzi.

Stayed here while visiting our grandson. Hav stayed hte before. Live the rooms and the breakfast. Only problem was they did not have working TVs in rooms. For this price piint, live tv is an expectation. No offer of a discount either.
