"What worked?"

8.0

The hotel is newer and for the most part the employees were courteous. First day noticed one of the elevators was inoperative and not in use. Second day went to use the well equipped fitness center and TV was inoperative and maintenance finally said oh well not working. Third day the fitness room was closed because of a leak somewhere.

Price was ridiculous considering the facility was overrun by teenagers on a bus trip. Playing music in the lobby on a keyboard, bus blocking traffic. All snacks used up my kids.Pool overtaken. Will not go to a Hampton Inn unless no other option is available.

Didn't like noise or congested halls, elevators, or being forced to listen to Christian music and songs in the lobby.
