Excellent location and a very good breakfast selection. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Nikhil for his warm welcome and helpful recommendations, as well as Rohini from the Concierge team for her outstanding assistance and hospitality.

Unfortunately, my experience with some members of the senior management team, particularly on my last day before check-out, was disappointing. They were not welcoming, and their attitude and communication style fell short of the level of service expected from a luxury hotel. This contrasted significantly with the excellent service provided by the rest of the staff and left an unfavorable final impression of an otherwise pleasant stay.

حسن الاستقبال والتعامل من الموظفين وخصوصاً الاستاذ كامل رفلة حيث كانت هناك مشكله بالغرفة وقام بعمل ترقية الى سويت ونشكر له هذا التصرف والاهتمام لراحة الزبون . الاثاث والديكور والنظافة والهدوء والاطلاله كل شي كان قمة بالرقي والروعة .

- اللوبي صغير نوعاً ما وكان مزدحم ومزعج ولايوجد مكان للجلوس وذلك لدخول الاشخاص من المول الغير ساكنين بالفندق . - حمام السباحه كان يعج بالاطفال وغير مناسب للراحه والاسترخاء . -
