"Looks way better than it is. "

Immediately you could tell the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped in a while. They were almost slick-probably from the grime on the streets of NYC. There were also spots of food on the floor and debris. The sheets were questionable. I stayed 5 nights and I had to go to the front desk each night to get the key recoded as it did not open my door.

The water temperature wasn’t as hot and the pressure to the water could’ve been with my force other than that I had a great stay

The place was disgusting and dirty the bed sheets was dirty bathroom mirrors everything sucks Couldn’t stay not even that night and I book 3 nights still waiting for my money back
