The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay fantastic. A special callout to Eveline (concierge), Nilla (Artesian) and sous chef Fauzy - who all treated us like royalty. But all the staff are so great. The room was very clean, and spacious (as hotel rooms go) and the facilities fantastic. This was a return visit to the Langham and it was like going to see old friends!!

The lift arrangements are confusing ! But we got used to it !!!

We had a lovely 4D3N stay at The Langham Jakarta. During check-in, our initial room was not ready, but Faahry Sandra handled the situation very well and upgraded us to a Club Executive King Room. He also personally escorted us and invited us to the Club Lounge for afternoon tea. We were pleasantly surprised with a bouquet, handwritten card, and a lovely birthday surprise for my sister during our stay. Special thanks to Mizan for assisting with our luggage on departure. Overall, the service recovery and hospitality were excellent, and we had a very memorable stay.
