Parker Beach Lodge

Cute hotel the rooms are updated and clean . The pool area is updated as well. The front desk was very friendly as well. We arrived a few hours early before check-in they gave us our parking pass early so we were able to go over to the beach while we waited for our room .

Property was so dirty. The bathroom has mold.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Parker Beach Lodge. It is a great location across from the beach, clean and staff was very friendly.

This property is very different than the pictures and the description. It is difficult to reach the property to confirm or get details on your reservation. We booked a room with a queen bed, a fold-out couch that sleeps 4, and allows our dog. When we received a call back, we were informed that the room did not have a fold-out couch, we could not bring our dog, and that the cancellation process had changed and we could not cancel due to their updated policy (which we couldn't actually find). The property is dated, the rooms are clean but the furniture is stained. The pool is extremely murky and over-treated. There were 2-3 other guests who encountered similar issues and were told that they needed to go through their booking platform. We stayed the two nights but were away from our room as much as possible and will not be staying here again.

The rooms were updated which was great. Did not use the pool, but it looked nice. No real complaints.

The Staff was kind of all over the place. Vacuuming at random times of the day.

We love this lodge, it has been our go to for years when we visit Cape Cod.
