Hawaii Paradise Aqua Park Resort - Families and Couples Only

There was some lies about the internet ,and also there was lot of mosquitos. We were paid all exclusive there was no internet in the rooms they ask us to pay $5 per person or 2 mobiles.

They didn’t clean until you asked them , the light gone off twice the same night.

Room service was consistently poor—items were often missed during room cleaning, and I had to call multiple times to have issues resolved. The food quality was subpar, and the restaurant was always overcrowded. The overall approach felt like money came first, with customer service as an afterthought.

The property was very comfortable but needs more cleaning . The food is good . Pool is clean .

My issue was with the receptionist are very unprofessional my stay was beautiful but the receptionist made me change my mind about the trip i asked before comming two day to pay by credit card but when arrived they asked me to pay in cash and it was a friday hollyday no banks. And the ATM in the hotel have a technical problem so i went in the sun with my children to search for an ATM to withdraw the cash and went arrived the receptionist was upset with the banknotes i bought as it was in 200 , 50, 20, 10 categories he was rude and was taking very ruff, I think this kind of people doesn't reserve to work in such a place. Tank in place that the credit card payments in hall Egypt is functioning by the way another receptionist called hossam wanted me to buy from him a cash banknote with a profit for him
