"Was an ok stay food was not really edible and the staff in the downstairs restaurant look down on you if they don’t thin"

"Mahmood you was amazing"

Mahmood from reception was the best we had 33 passengers he took a lot of care personally messaging via WhatsApp making sure we all happy.

The cleanliness wasn’t great but mahmood made that a small issue because his service and care was phenomenal. He should be in a four seasons hotel not Hawaii
