y recent stay at Hawaii Paradise Aqua Park Resort was a mixed experience, showcasing both the beauty of the resort and some areas in need of improvement. What I Loved: - Room and View: My room was beautifully appointed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such scenery each day was truly a highlight of my trip. - Variety of Pools: The resort features a fantastic variety of pools, catering to different tastes and age groups. It was great to have so many options for relaxation and fun. - Food Variety and Taste: The dining options were impressive, with a diverse menu that catered to various palates. Every meal was a delightful experience, offering delicious flavors and plenty of choices. - Marine Experiences: The marine activities provided by the resort were a wonderful addition, allowing us to connect with the stunning underwater world.

Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, my experience was marred by some service-related issues. The housekeeping left much to be desired. Despite my requests to change the linens, they were ignored, and the room was not cleaned properly. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and the cleanliness of the dishes left something to be desired. Additionally, I found that most of the kitchen and bar staff were not very friendly. Their lack of warmth and engagement gave a rather indifferent atmosphere, which was disappointing during such a beautiful vacation.

The food was okay not bad but it was the same everyday, they have different kinds of food but it was boring to see the same meals everyday The worst thing which destroyed my vacation was the long line at food area and no organization , as you can find someone jump in front of you to get his food

i liked the number of swimming pools, but it the water wasn't clean good and cause for my family problem in thier eyes , only standout person in this place was a pool lifeguard named Ashry, who was truly respectful and courteous in his dealings

First of all, I encountered several problems as soon as I arrived. When I spoke to the reception manager, I expressed that such issues shouldn't happen in a hotel that is supposed to be five stars. In response, he implied that this is what you get for your money, and I received no further response. We were surprised to find that the beach was closed, so we had to use the swimming pools. Honestly, there are a lot of pools, but unfortunately, the water had a high chlorine content and was polluted by kids, and they didn't seem to know how to address this, which caused us problems with our eyes. The food was very poor, and the restaurant manager, who seemed to have a difficult personality, was unprofessional. If you tried to discuss any food issues with him, he might even attack you verbally. The food was repetitive and rarely changed, and if you were late for lunch or dinner, there was not much left. The service from the restaurant team was among the worst I've experienced, with only a few chefs showing any professionalism.
