"This place have horrible customer service"

Horrible place, never book this place , they scamming you. On the advertisement saying that you don’t pay until you get to the front desk but they want your credit card and they charge you anyway if you don’t show up and if you cancel it won’t allow you to cancel the computer will hold you back. I said wait for a confirmation.

Horrible Customer Service, and will tell all my friends never booked this place never ever it’s a scam. Horrible Customer Service.

Location

Few things were damaged. The bathtub floor was cracked and soft. The refrigerator was rusty, the bed and pillows were not comfortable.
