The view and cleanliness

The fridge leaked water onto the top shelf which meant we couldn’t use this part of the fridge. At least twice a day we cleaned up water left on the top shelf. On a few afternoons the hot tub wasn’t hot enough, only at approximately 31 degrees rather than 41 degrees which was why we booked the apartment so after a day of snowboarding the family could relax together.

Wish the front door has a door stopper to open door while getting suitcases in and out of the place....

Loved the spa, location and very comfortable. When we locked ourselves out it was easy to contact staff to resolve issue straight away.

Fabulous view😍, comfy bed & very well equiped with everything you needed from bathroom to living area, bedroom and BBQ. Very warm, didn't need blankets when heaters were on.

The vaccum in room only stayed on for 30secs , charged it over night & still had problem so didn't bother using it at all. Smell from bathroom was awful when washing machine was being used, however couldn't smell it if door was closed.

Clean apartment with all the basic facilities you need for the week. The two bedrooms was nice, travelling with a 15 month old we were able to put her to sleep in the second room and have the rest of the space to relax and unwind without interrupting her. Kitchen and bathroom were both great and serviced our needs, added washer and dryer was great, although we did find the dryer took a very long time to dry clothing. Outdoor space with the spa and grass was the biggest winner for us. Our toddler loved playing on the grass outside and we very much enjoyed the spa during our toddlers naps. The spa was warm on arrival, ready to go, which was lovely. The big windows/ doors and views over the lake towards the remarkables mountains were incredible, especially being snow capped! Gorgeous sight to look at all day. Parking was easy and just outside the main door. Heating in every room including the bathroom which was wonderful and very needed, easily set to a comfortable temperature. Hosts were quickly reachable and very helpful when needed. The apartment is pretty central to everything being half way between the airport and Queenstown central. Location also easy to find! We hired a portacot and high chair through the rental property, very simple, and everything was set up on arrival. Overall we had a lovely stay here and would certainly recommend it. Thank you!

Just note there are about 4 flights of stairs to walk up and down, not an issue for us but could be for others. It was a slight pain when carting luggage up and down though.
