La Residence du Lac

I have never stayed anywhere with such breathtaking views. Absolutely stunning. Accommodation also was very clean, comfortable and well resourced. Location brilliant.

Amazing location with spectacular views. Well appointed apartment, with everything you would need for a family holiday. Bonus was having the spa to soak in after our ski trips up the mountain each day.

Absolutely loved the spa, lovely underfloor heating, and nice and clean

The grumpy neighbour who yelled at my daughter and I while we were in the spa. Also for the first couple of days we wernt able to shower as the drain was badly blocked. Your maintenance man was great and kept good communication about his comings and goings with my husband.

The view and the spa

Fridge power switch was not working so had to use the other switch by pulling the cord out , water in the shower room was going down really slow , the strain must be clogged or something. The apartment was down stairs which makes it harder to take the stuff from the car to the room

Loved the view. An easy walk to a really cute cafe on the water- boat shed. Beautiful walk into Queenstown too.

I think setting up so that you can see the view on the couch would be better and an outdoor couch would be a great addition.

Everything that we needed and more was there. Beautiful views!

The stairs to the property. Unit is behind a fire door. No signage where the unit nr. is. Besides that we couldn’t fault it.
