the speed with which the TV was replaced when needed.

did not realise that the apartment was three levels (6 flights of stairs) below parking entry level. the exterior terrace with the spa was near impossible to keep clean as the broom shaft was broken. the neighbours do not seem restrained by the "no noise after 10pm" policy as they crash around and chop items at 2am.

"Nice place but could be better appointed"

Good size, comfortable bed, nice outlook

Bond annoying when there were marks on the walls. Parking directions were confusing although they did respond to our questions. Bathroom fan didn’t work and fit out was quite average for the price.

"Great views and location"

The views were amazing. Great location, close to the water, queenstown and frankton shops. Responsive owners.

Space was quite tight. and the big lounge takes most of the same and not the most comfortable lounge, specially if you wanted to watch some TV if the weather isn't good outside

"Was excellent and enjoyed staying in thr apartment."

Location was excellent. Half way between the airport/supermarkets and the actual town centre of Queenstown. The view from the apartment was spectacular over looking the lake and awesome views of the mountains. The apartment was very clean and all kitchen facilities was present as well as a dish washer. Has a washing machine but no separate dryer machine. Has an iron and ironing board. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Shower has body wash and shampoo and conditioner provided.

The apartment doesn't have cooling. Does have heaters in all the rooms so during winter this would not be a problem. I went end of November so in the morning it gets warm fast as the sun hits the apartment. But the air was cool in the morning so could open the sliding door and let the cool air in. During summer I assume it would get very warm. Also there is no continuous hot water so once a couple of people have had a shower you need to wait for the water to warm up or everyone takes really short showers. Just something to factor in.
