The whole process from booking in to leaving was very easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with all the usual facilities. The location was perfect for us. This is the second time we have stayed at Room at the Inn and we will be returning. Would highly recommend

The price is reasonable, I already know what to expect (it ticks the few boxes I might have), it's located close to where I had to work.

The room I was allocated this time around seemed to have no access to the wifi (that has been there in the past). This is not a big deal though. The parking, as always, was full. That said, I arrived *very* late (so it's not unexpeced). The lack of breakfast facilities is always a let down (but there are places locally you can go).

The staff were very helpful especially leaving luggage until departure by train. They recommended a very good place to eat too as it was room only. The room size was adequate for short stay and quite central.

Price was good. Accomodation small but all good. Position just off town with free parking is great.

Better double glazing to juliet balcony wouldn't go a miss when bin lorry comes in morning. Better tv signal. (I improved it by separating the ac mains cable and the tv aerial cable but still was ideal.

I got a friendly welcome and clear instructions regarding a deposit for damage The room was lovely and warm and was the one I had requested upon booking. I received plenty of top up drink supplies to the room during my 5 nights stay. Very enjoyable and easy access and leaving.

There was nothing I didn't like tbh.
