Room size. No Lift. No counter space in bathroom. Ligjt switches didn't always work

Fantastic central location. Good sized rooms and decent bathroom. Excellent food and service in the restaurant, and staff could not have been more helpful.

Rooms could maybe do with a bit of a facelift Lighting in my room (John Lennon) very hard to figure out, and one kept flickering and going off.

Location was great and the room was large with a comfortable bed

Our room overlooked the square at the front of the hotel which was noisy during the night.

I’ve stayed here before and I love how friendly the staff are, the location, how comfortable and homely the rooms are. And the breakfast is sensational! I just love this place.

Stayed one night in this hotel. The hotel had not read our request for room on first floor but were able to relocate us on arrival. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The room became very hot at night, there was a basic fan available but as it was 2pm in morning (could not be bothered to set it up). The breakfast was delicious with a good choice of hot and Cold dishes. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Glastonbury was lovely and clean with a nice variety of shops and restaurants but it is not a place we would go to again.

We loved the warm welcome & beautiful view of the Market St from our big bright clean room. Breakfast was also very good. Great value for money compared with it's older rival hotel next door.

Great location - in the very centre, the hotel has a cosy atmosphere, style of the rooms is a mix of old and modern, very clean and comfy. Free breakfast which was quite good.

No complaints at all. The restaurant menu is quite limited though, although the food was good.
