"Sleepless in Glastonbury"

I have requested a refund due to no sleep because of a Loyd concert outside my room all night. Thud was agreed by the onsite manager but so far the refund has not been processed. If this vid not done very soon I will write s public review on the matter

Noise outside my room all night resulted in no sleep. Onsite manager agreed refund which is yet to be processed l. This is so poor I can hardly believe it
