"Mixed feelings. Good place but issue with clogged toilet was very annoying"

Good location, nice facilities.

One of the apartments had a clogged toilet right upon entry. No quality check before delivering. It took 1 day to fix it.

"Good location, ."

Location is great, walking distance from multiple restaurants.

Tiny studio located on ground level (noisy}, small bed, fridge is noisy and was leaking. Staff didn't send proper instructions for check in and needed to wait for a while before gaining access to the studio.

"There is some potential but customer service is the worst i've seen!"

Hot shower, OKish Bed!

If the whole experience worked as planned, I'm sure my rates would be way better. the main problem is that the excess of communication prior my arrival and the terrible communications with employees on check in. Check is supposed to happen after 3PM but in the last email they sent there was a notice that if I arrive a bit early, I could wait in the lobby. THERE WAS NO LOBBY! So I went to talk to a representative on WhatsApp asking for 10 minutes before the 3PM policy and Fabricio was extremely unpolite. In the end, I was only able to enter the building at 3:37pm (and had to talk to 3 representatives for that)
