Poorly clean, ar conditioner was not working, besides there was a violation of construction, the ar conditioner machine that supposed to be out side, was inside the room disguised as a furniture, making the room very hot and noisy.

The chair was broken. I asked to change it, but it was not done

Great location, good price

Charlie sent me wrong access code for hotel door to begin with. Be prepared to contact them multiple times on what’s app. They then randomly changed the hotel door code again without giving any notice. Then the main entrance door facial recognition stopped working. I had to contact them 3 times over 2 days. I was locked out of the facility and the room for a total of 9 hours. Zero response from Charlie. I tried to have the towels changed out for my 4 night stay and they could not accommodate as there international credit card system was down. Really a shame that there system is such a disaster as the location is awesome. This is my second time staying with Charlie. The last trip, they sent me the access code at 9:30pm instead of 3 pm. I had to stay someplace else. I will not be returning to any Charlie property in the future when there are so many traditional hotels with actual people to assist with any one off situations.

Nothing, it was a horrible experience. Dirty sheets and blanket, the shower did not work with hot water. Dirty floor. It was just horrible.

Location and the building itself. Safety of the neighborhood and nearby restaurants are a plus.

Managed to get access to the building but not to the apartment. Tried for 2h to follow the instructions of Charlie staff via whatsapp, including changing the apartment and almost 10 different passwords. No one came to solve the problem, so the only option given was to change the building of my reservation, which was in a different neighborhood and with a lower cost/quality. Charlie did not mention paying for the transfer nor fully refunding my expenses. I lost an appointment I had and felt the company did not care about a good experience or at least had an emergency plan to quickly solve the problem (maybe a phone call to me?!). The other apartment I finally could access had no remote control for the air conditioning - so it could not be used.
