A minha primeira estadia foi muito boa por isso voltei, mas a segunda foi bem decepcionante. Demoraram muito para fornecer a senha de acesso, o quarto da minha mãe tinha água e o meu não, a tv não estava funcionando e eu solicitei e não tomaram nenhuma medida para arrumar, além do elevador com problema. O bairro é ótimo e muito bem localizado. Mas acho que eles podem dar mais atenção ao serviço, caiu muito a qualidade.

Got locked outside twice. Charlie’s customer service took minimum 45 minutes to return. Apartment got flooded during a storm, due to water over flowing out of pipes. Had to clean the water by myself, because Charlie customer service has no one available until next day to do the service. Woke up in the morning and found the door open, and no one from Charlie hold responsible for all the inconveniences. AC unit was not working properly. Horrible experience!!!! Perfect example, of poor automated customer service!!! I’ll definitely choose only Hotels with regular human presence customer service!

The location is good nearby a busy road.

The room was not clean. The towels and bed sheets were stained. The bathroom drain was clogged. The communication is very poor and unclear.
