The location is good nearby a busy road.

The room was not clean. The towels and bed sheets were stained. The bathroom drain was clogged. The communication is very poor and unclear.

The place was pretty nice, very safe and in a very good location close to restaurants.

It was difficult to get into, there were only a total of 2 flat pillows and no sponge for the kitchen. Just those simple things that can be fixed easily.

Arriving at 1.30pm after a long journey, and the appartment is... not clean and ready. Had to use whatsApp to get the remote frontdesk, super frustrating at this time of the night, waiting to get codes for another appartement. Overall, this remote frontdesk is not working very well, could take very long to take simple answers even during the day.

A cama é de casal padrão e achei meio mole. Chuveiro excelente, ótima localização, não tivemos problemas com check in. Mimos como água e cápsulas de café estavam disponíveis e fizeram a diferença! No apt tem utensílios domésticos, geladeira, microondas e cooktop.

Fácil acesso na portaria com senha eletrônica, rua tranquila e bem localizada. Senha eletrônica também na entrada do apartamento. Excelente tamanho do quarto, banheiro, varanda e cozinha, muito confortável. Único porém da estadia ficou nas persianas da varanda, que não cobriam os raios de luz, deixando o quarto completamente claro logo ao amanhecer. Não cobria completamente as quinas dos vidros. Os lençóis não estavam no tamanho correto da cama, então não prendiam no colchão e saiam durante a noite de sono. Encontramos o quarto e o banheiro bem limpos e com cortesias de shampoo etc.

A grade de tv eh muito ruim, não tem nem canais abertos, como Band e Globo As paredes do banheiro estão muito sujas, precisa pintar. E o piso do banheiro perto do box está muito sujo, encardido A cama eh muito pequena pra um casal. Deveria ser queen.

apartment is clean

no personal in building. support in WhatsApp is slow. we waited half an hour in the street after check-in time, because they didn’t send the password of the door. next day they changed the password without informing us in any way. no answer of support yet. “because it’s Charlie”, how they love to say…
