The building entry key pad was difficult to use. Others had issues as well, including one staff member. We were there for a 3 day stay with 3 people. They gave us 2 days of coffee, 2 bath towels and no bath hand towels. There were no luggage lockers open so we had to pay for an early arrival and it took more than 30 minutes of the 1 hour I was forced to purchase to get a working code for the unit door. The unit was in the back and was very quiet for the area. This was nice. The bed was comfortable.

We loved the apartment. The location is great and we had no issues inside the building. It was kept very clean at all times. You could hear noise outside the window that faces canal street but with some $3 ear plugs from Walmart that issue was solved. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location and great space - felt like a secret getaway right in the heart of NOLA. Good instructions. Only thing we didn't like was that we had to download the app for Sonder - but not really a big deal.

First thing when we arrived was one bed was broken. Frame was detached from headboard and nobody on site for help. Surely the cleaners/linens people knew it. So our 2 men had to work long and hard to repair with no tools. If all girls there we were out of luck. Then the bathroom shared by 4 people was spacious but had only 2 towels. And again, who to call?? And it had a sink with VERY small counter. There was room for a table but none there and 4 sharing the bathroom and btw there were no dressers in bedrooms. In the kitchen, we took coffeemaker out of cabinet but COULD NOT put on counter bc it was too tall to fit under the top cabinets so we found a plug in the hallway and set it on the floor. There were big beautiful window in the living area but overlooking an alley full of trash dumpsters and bright glaring lights night and day. Noise to dump trash was bad. Easily remedied if there were noise and light filtering curtains but none. One day someone dropped a daiquiri on the floor at entrance and it remained there for quite a while. Who to call?

The apartment was lovely and located in the perfect spot for watching most Mardi Gras parades that came down Canal. Perfect location for doing anything in the French Quarter. Parking options near by. Overall it was a great place. The only issue was the lack of on-site management because we had 4 adult staying for two nights and they gave us two towels. After a long day of travel and then trying to enjoy the evening, we were not able to shower. After multiple calls and chat messages where they were telling us where to find extra towels, we discovered that there were no extra towels. Initially, they said they would get us more towels within 24 hours. We could not wait that long to shower. Finally someone agreed to get us our towels in the morning. They showed up just before noon with two more towels and detergent pods so we could wash our towels if we needed fresh towels for later in the stay. Had to plan part of our weekend around towel deliveries and washing and drying towels. They offered a $50 credit for a future stay for our troubles. A $50 credit in the future given the price of their rentals isn’t really helpful. If they wanted to give $50 for our troubles, it should be a refund or something more useful than $50 for some possible future booking.

or stay there was amazing. The place was clean, friendly close to everything. The parade was right outside our window getting in and out was easy. They made our first time in New Orleans. Very pleasant visit. We love it. We’ll go back. We’ll use them again and other states.

The noise was terrible. Property next to an ally way where industrial bins are emptied every morning starting around 4AM. The noise was unbearable and impossible to sleep through. Could not stay here again.
