Location, location, location. High ceilings, comfortible apartment, close to it all.

Apartment requires some maintenance: the TV had no channels to watch, the shower's water pressure was poor and one of the bathroom door's brackets were broken

The Stay was great , I would definitely book again !! Would have given 5 stars except for some minor things that can be easily fixed. 1. Signage ( hard to find ) 2. T.V. wasn't able to stream ( no local connection ) 3. Was without hot water for about 8 hours , but was fixed.

It is a very nice apartment located in an excellent location. It was perfect for what we needed. There were three things that I did not love about it. First, if you have a car know that you will be on your own to find parking which can be fairly expensive and not very close to the apartment. We paid $40 for a garage lot About five blocks away. Second, the keypad to get into the building can be a little bit difficult. It took me several times for me to get the hang of it. The third thing was that there is a TV in the apartment, however, there is no service provided. The only way you can watch the television is to cast from your mobile phone. For such a nice place you would expect there to be at least basic cable or satellite. The casting for us did not work very well for some of the apps we tried to use.

Great property!! The only things that weren’t great were: 1. The parking situation (plus it’s hard to find the actual building. 2. The main bathroom shower had low water pressure and didn’t get hot. Overall it was a great stay and I would go back for sure!!

The place was clean, but furniture was very old and some needed replacing. The handicap room showed a shower in pictures, but came with a tub.. Anyone who is in a wheelchair would not have been able to use the facility.. Not acceptable..

It was so central. Loved walking out the door onto canal street. Having washer was good. Bed was very comfortable

The tv in the lounge didn't work. I wish they had tv in bedroom also. You could hear the neighbours.

We absolutely loved staying here. Great location. Even though it was on a fun and busy street, it was quiet and the beds were very comfortable!

The room itself was amazing. Very updated, clean and spacious. I had a 2 bedroom with high ceilings and a full kitchen. The check in process is a bit laborious due to not having staff on the property but it wasn't too bad and i understand the reason for so many steps. Parking is non-existent so plan on paying for parking at a 3rd party lot or garage. The main entrance is basically a door between 2 storefronts on a very busy street and it is extremely easy to miss. If you can deal with the lack of parking and check-in process, this will be a wonderful stay because again, the room was awesome.
