La maquina de cafe no funcionaba y al hacer el cheking se me olvido el DNI en la maquina y no me dieron ningun servicio despues de hablar con la chica, ni si quiera me ofrecieron enviarmelo

We like the location atmosphere, relatively closed to Madrid city centre, local restaurants, metro and buses available! Property presents clean and secured.

Our stay in Studio Room 35 was overall enjoyable; however, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room felt quite compact for our needs and could occasionally be noisy due to sounds from neighbouring rooms and some street noise from outside. That said, if you are accustomed to a lively city atmosphere, it is manageable. We also felt there is room for improvement regarding housekeeping and communication, as no room service was provided during our 8-day stay, and at times communication from staff could have been more proactive and responsive. At the start of our booking reservation with bookings.com, a complimentary airport taxi transfer service was offered but not honoured at the end. At a more positive level the building offers luggage security lockers to help store your luggage for late night flights. Despite these points, the accommodation was comfortable, well-located, and provided a pleasant overall experience. We appreciate the hospitality and enjoyed our stay in Madrid

Studio très pratique et confortable

Notre arrivée à été hyper galère car pas d'accueil physique...tout se fait face à une une borne d'enregistrement...pour nous, un parcours du combattant ! 1h pour y arriver ! Au final, une gentille hôtesse est venue nous secourir 🙏 ...pas pour nous ce genre d'accueil mais ça on ne le sait pas quand on loue par booking !
