El personal muy arrogante y muy mal relacionado

Localização ótima, fica a pouca distancia de uma estação de metro. Estacionamento perto grátis. Terraço espetacular, principalmente ao fim do dia/noite, muito acolhedor. zona tranquila e com supermercados por perto.

Cortinas deixam entra a luz que prejudica o sono. Higiene do apartamento deficitária. Pouco isolamento dos quartos, ficamos perto do elevador e ouvia-se tudo. Poucos instrumentos de cozinha que não permite cozinha de forma eficaz. Sofá cama pouco confortavel.

- Very clean - Very modern - Walk in shower was exceptional - Large windows - Close to a lot of facilities near downtown of Madrid - For 2 people, the 25 square meters studio can be a little bit expensive but for 4 persons, the price/person is very good. - They answer quite fast on Whatsap (even though at phone call they did not answer at all - i needed some indications abouth checkout and i tried to call them) Neutral observations: - The room is kind of small but very cozy. - No towel rack near the bathroom sink (only near the walk in shower)

- I was not expected to pay a 100 EUR as guarantee but the refund was quite fast, in a couple of hours after the checkout. - There is no info about checkout procedure at the automatic office desk. Lately i found out a mailbox near the entrance where it was written to insert thy acess card but was too leate because unfortunately i inserted the card in the automatic office desk. My advice for the host: The checkout procedure shold be written also near the automatic office desk, not only near the entrance.

Easy access to 2 metro lines # 5 and circle line # 6 ( lots of correspondences) . Pretty convenient for Madrid airport by Metro.

Not much good space sleeps 4 very organized kitchen etc matching plates and glass work could fit 4 ppls.

Logement bien placé, conforme aux photos. Métro à proximité. Bon rapport qualité prix. Roof top très appréciable

L’assistance à distance peut être compliquée lors d’une arrivée tardive

Veníamos a un evento en el palacio Vistalegre y por tema ubicación nos venía súper bien. Los apartamentos están muy cuidados y limpios

El método para entrar es un poco caótico y hay que poner 100€ de fianza que nos trastocaron un poco
