Location and the service was Good.

Rooms were clean Staff was friendly Service was excellent

Bathroom drainage needs more attention Towel ring near washbasin would be good

the rooms were not upto the mark. the ac did not function properly. room service was pathetic. they made us wait in the lobby for hours saying the rooms are not cleaned after checkouts. they did not even offer for water. the food was overpriced in the restaurant compared to the standards they provided. i ordered for water and they gave me an unsealed bisleri bottle. and when enquired they said it is ro water apparently. their room description is not accurate and they give bad rooms when u go there and ask u to pay more for premium rooms. their premium rooms also bad as they do not have proper working ac in the rooms. when i complained about it they said that i am anyways checking out that day. not satisfied at all for the money i paid. they are reaping the benefit of not having good competition in the city and thats all.

The amenities were not upto the mark at all, no toileteries given properly and neither was the shower properly working

Stay in this hotel was awesome. Hotel staff is too polite and provide fast service. Specially housekeeping staff was good with there services and lady Shefali Singh behavior is too good and helpful. Good job. Keep it up.
