Was ushered into a make shift accomodation with stinking toilets, damp walls, dirty bedsheets. After complaining to the reception, was told that the hotel didn't have any of the rooms booked thru booking.com in the category. Thereafter i was shifted to o another pig house & after another bout of haggling, finally accorded a proper room. Ironically,i had been staying at this property in its earlier avatar when it was Hans Regency & used to love the place as it was second home. I made a promise - Never again... Never ever again!!!🤮🤮

Very poor hotel , very bad customer service, staffs don’t know how to behave with guest , AC was not working, I call the staffs no one responding, they not even answer properly.

When we arrived at the hotel and showed them the booking confirmation, the staff looked puzzled and told us that our bookings were not in their system and that all of their rooms are occupied. Another staff comes about 10 minutes later and tells us that the rooms are not available due to problems with the electricty (which, if it was true, they should have contacted us and informed us in advance). Anyhow, since there were no rooms available for us, the staff asked us to stay instead at their affliate hotel - the Veena Regency Hotel. We get there and the first room we are shown has a lizard crawling on the wall. We are greeted by a cockroach upon entering the second room. The hotel is very old and the rooms felt like they have not been used for a while. The pillows underneath the covers were yellow and the towels had a lot of old stains too. The only saving grace was the breakfast but overall not a pleasant experience.
