We opted for the suite rooms , even then the Room Service was pathetic . Had to call and follow up 6-8 times to get something delivered to room. Now, about the restaurant , service is too slow .. tea is not hot when served .. Even after taking so much time to serve , food is cold and soggy .

The location and the rooms were nice.

No lift in the building and room 112 allotted to me (a 63 year old with knee problems) was on the second floor. Also the breakfast was served in a very weird way giving no satisfaction. The portion was too small and no much choice given.

It was more than I expected. The rooms were clean and sizable. The restaurant and bar were super impressive. I also liked the pool area which is kept well. Highly recommended place it is.

The hotel is quite beautiful and has good potential if managed well.

1. Hospitality and amateur staff - Felt like they were on their trial period. 2. Despite coming hours after the check-in time, the staff had not checked if the AC was functional. One person had to call another person and then that person had to call another to fix the issue. Eventually I had to go to the reception myself to ask for a room with a functional AC. 4. The new room had a non-functional phone and television. 3. The location and the construction going on at the moment was rather disappointing. 5. Cutlery, tissues and glasses weren't provided at the restaurant unless you asked for them first.
