"Great stay"

The location. Staffs were decent. The ambience was very nice, beautiful. The view outside the room was nice.

There were no staff at reception early in the morning. The security was indeed the acting-receptionist and he didn't have the professionalism as the original receptionists.

Ambiance

The washroom was very dirty. Even lift facility is not available. For senior citizens and pregnant women how can go to 2nd floor without lift. For all properties now lift facility is available. AC is not working properly
