Perfect location for our needs. The house was immaculate. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook quick breakfasts. Laundry supplies came in handy last minute. We were extremely comfortable. Would definitely book a stay here again.
The property was amazing. It was close to our son’s apartment and Truist Field! Easy to get to and from! We had a great experience and will definitely stay here again!
I liked everything except for the smell of the overpowering scent machine in the hallways. But the place itself is great and the location is awesome. Would stay again
My mom and I enjoyed staying here however the beds were a bit hard and you cant smoke anywhere on the property. Overll it was nice

In a good spot. Pinky's and Legion Brewing are literally around the corner. The place was nice and clean. Check in was seamless. It's way better than a regular hotel room. I would definitely stay again ☺️
We had a FANTASTIC stay at Kasa! It felt like home away from home. Everything was clean and cozy! It was very conveniently located in close proximity to really anywhere around Charlotte you need or want to go. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others!
This property is in a great location! We were only 10-15 mins away from the airport! The NASCAR Hall of Fame Museum was only 7-8 mins away. And Discovery Place Museum was also only 7-8 mins away. These were both places I planned to take my son so it worked out perfectly! The apartment was also very clean. The only issue was an old bag of lettuce left in the refrigerator. But they did come out and remove it immediately. I was a little disappointed that we ended up with a 1st floor apartment in the back of the building. So there was no view except for some type of ledge with vines. And there wasn’t much natural lighting. But for the price and location it was hardly anything to complain about! I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a clean spot in a super convenient location!
The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful.
