Perfect location and not far from all the city has to offer. The residence is very spacious and I would choose again over any hotel stay option. The staff were so accommodating and even fulfilled a small request for Valentine’s Day. Definitely will be booking again.
We enjoying our stay. We had an issue with the place being very cold upon our arrival and it took awhile to warm up, but other than that we were very pleased with the cleanliness, the space was great, comfortable and felt like home away from home! We would stay again.

Good apartment style hotel close to downtown area. Has everything you need, oven, laundry, plates… good alternative to a traditional hotel.
The overall experience was great. I did especially like that it was set up like a gated community to where there was more privacy compared to a normal hotel.
USWe just enjoyed how the instructions were spot on and the location was 5 to 8mins from everywhere we wanted to go....the room was really large and it felt like I was at home...very professional...we will tell our friends about your company...thx
USlocation was great and convenient. Apartment had everything that was needed and clean. Nothing is perfect even though it was great. There are no curtains and I did hear a train at night and some banging the next morning. It wasn't to disturbing though kind of faint. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Charlotte.
The apt was clean and well stocked. The check in process was super easy and it was the perfect weekend stay!! Would definitely stay again on the future.

USMy first- time stay with Kasa was a wonderful experience! The view wasn't scenic, but was nice to sit out on the balcony. The location was great and a short distance from downtown. Super clean, cozy and spacious. Check-in and -out was easy. Was mostly quite, did heard neighbors above moving around, but didn't hear side neighbors. Would stay here again!
