Tuvalet Musluğu bozuktu 3 gün kaldım bir türlü yapmadılar. Defalarca resepsiyon görevlisine söylediğim halde.

The hotel has a great location, very convenient for exploring the area. The interior is well-designed and pleasant, creating a comfortable atmosphere during the stay.

The balcony was unsafe – the balustrade was not properly attached to the wall, and there was no warning about this hazard. In addition, the room was not cleaned during my stay. Housekeeping only made the beds but did not actually clean the room. I expected better safety standards and cleanliness.
