Excellent communication with the owner. Room was clean and great location for me as I was going to The Waterloo for a concert which was a 10 minute walk away.

Nothing. Would definitely stay again.

Not a lot

The staff were friendly when you actually seen them, they were nowhere to be seen for most of the weekend. Room was freezing and dirty, cold water, lots of stairs to get to room, pitch black, overall awful.

"Good enough for a quick break away with friends."

Good breakfast and friendly staff. Good location - central to town and pleasure beach.

Very basic room and tiny bathroom. Had to open sliding door to wash hands. Husband couldn't fit in to have a shower.
