The customer service was excellent - Josh was really lovely and so helpful when we were parking the car. The location is great. Loved that there was plenty of milk in the room for my coffee!

The bed was quite noisy so we were a bit nervous about turning over in case we disturbed each other or anyone staying next door.

No lock on bathroom door. Had to jam shut with a towel. Shower pressure not good. Room very small.

"Lovely staff and hotel was nice clean,no noise or any noise on the street! Would recommend!"

Bedding was fresh and clean and room smelt nice and overall was a good stay !!

There wasn’t anything wrong with the room but would suggest for more locks to be on the doors in the hotel as people might want to leave valuables in there!!
