"There was cigarette smell in the bathroom when we arrived"

Ground floor location, comfortable bed.

Be aware of the deposit as they charged me 3x 450€ instead of 450€ I authorized! They haven’t apologized and only replied that they will send money back within 8 days! Unacceptable. No compensation, nothing! After you pay you must fill all information online and get lot of emails and sms. Easy for them annoying for me.
