People was so nice and hotel room was clean and comfortable

The breakfast was really good. A good selection and the location was good as well.

INo welcoming smile or warm greeting when we arrived so it felt cold and distant. I didn't like that the staffs english was very limited. They were not helpful at all. We asked the receptionist in advance to book a taxi to the train station for our next destination but only got blank looks so we waited for the next shift. So communicating with them was difficult. Also, the corridor and the reception area had a funny odour. Also they hold your passport til you checkout. The floor was always wet after a shower cause there was only a half glass with no door.

The room itself was great, with a large amount of storage space and an area to do hair/make-up which is always appreciated. The breakfast was good and varied. The staff were helpful, and when we were leaving they kindly arranged a taxi that was cheaper than on the Grab app. The pool area was lovely with a great view. There was a very limited bar there however in terms of both drinks and service. The only other downside was that there was a strange, unpleasant smell in the corridor before our room. Thankfully though, the smell wasn’t present in the room itself.

Hotellet ligger lite utanför centrum men det tog bara 20 min ner dit. Går även bussar utanför. Stranden var bra, kändes lite ödslig. Rummet bra. Städning var bra. Frukosten var helt ok. Enda negativa är väl att man kände sig väldigt osynlig i receptionen när man kom/gick om man själv inte gick fram och pratade el hälsade. Gymmet var bra utrustat men kändes lite ofräscht.

Location was in a more residential area. The local eateries were for the locals and wanted cash only and didn’t speak English. The more touristy area was further down the beach.

The music from the park very noisy

海を見渡せる景色は素晴らしい。スタッフの対応も良好。ただし　浜辺のナイトマーケットから発せられる音楽が22時以降も鳴り響いている。
