Broken stuff like bath even you order deluxe room, really much noise from 5 AM in the morning just outside the hotel .. I would definetly not go back for this hotel

I asked for a higher floor because we booked for 5 nights, this was granted which I'm the reception staff grateful for. Very nice sea view from the first line on the 17th floor. Room was OK. Location is OK if you have a motorbike, if you use only Grab, stay closer to the center, it'll save you some time & fees. Breakfast is OK but if you have dietary restrictions like us it falls short, but then again the whole world is geared on meat, eggs, dairy products, fats & cheap cancerous vegetable oils... especially in non-Western destinations.

Noise pollution on our 1st 2 nights! The Night Market right in front + some kind of very loud "non-music" thing ongoing next to it, it was really annoying! I can't grasp anyone to even visit such a pathetic sound event! LUCKILY for the remaining 3 nights they moved away, that was a big relief! And then in the morning as others reported; the morning gymnastic people wakes you up too... When they have woken everybody up, they pack up and continue their lives...

Amazing view , nice breakfast , good room

From 5am to 7am every morning they play very very loud music out the front of the Hotel and all the Vietnamese dance . Looks nice but can not sleep

Good location, close to beach and centric,yet not overcrowded.

The room was god, but had minor defects (as mostly everything in Vietnam). The breakfast was the worst I’ve had during my 2-week travel. The staff was generally not friendly, yet not competent enough to show this kind of attitude.

Amazing seaview from the big balcony. We were on 8th floor. Two comfortable armchairs inside with table, also garden set and table outside on the balcony. Comfy beds and bathroom. Situated in a more quiet part of the 6 km long promenade, Nice swimmingpool on 4 th floorl, partly open with seaview. Very good breakfast buffet witch choice for everyone's taste.

Nothing

Very comfortable beds, modern rooms and great views of the sea - you could hear the waves crashing onto the beach at night. After visiting HCM we loved the laid back feeling on Nha Trang. The hotel is on the quieter side of the city (which I liked) but easily walkable to the centre which has great restaurants and spas (try Su Spa). Also loved the I-resort. The staff were nice and whilst not all spoke a lot of English they tried.

As others noted due to a design flaw the bathroom floods after each shower and the window between the bathroom and bedroom is odd but our bathroom had a blind so it was fine. I really wouldn’t bother with the hotel spa - my massage was a complete waste of time and money.

A great hotel, close to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded city. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. There was an option to do laundry and other additional services. We had a wonderful room with a sea view. The hotel is new, clean.

Serious problems of customer services However, regarding the response from the front desk staff and other staff members, we were quite dissatisfied. In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the two women working at the spa. Their attitude and behavior were extremely poor, leaving us feeling very unpleasant. As a result, we did not use the pool even once. This was because there were two women by the poolside who exhibited bad attitudes and were constantly on their phones. Their lack of service-mindedness was shocking, especially for staff working in a hotel. We strongly recommend that you immediately work on improving the service quality of your staff.

The breakfast buffet was ok

First room which we Got defect showerhead and toilet door which not could be closed, second room we Got had a bathtub where the water not could be removed from (we booked deluxe room ), in general was there also alot of noise in the hotel from the staff…. If you like to have a replaced vacation and sleep longer than 5 AM then stay away from here, there is sport activities with really loud Music Down in front of the hotel which starts 5 AM
