Royal Yao Yai Hotel welcomed us with very friendly and smiling staff. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which gave us a good first impression. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. We were given a room with a view of a fence, which was disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was the bathroom – it was honestly uncomfortable to even step into the shower. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, especially from a hotel of this class. We arrived with a child, so comfort and hygiene were especially important to us. In the room, we found two bath towels, two pool towels, and two bottles of water – clearly not enough for three people. Additionally, when we went to the pool and I unfolded one of the towels, it turned out to be dirty, which was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, despite the positive first impression thanks to the staff, the level of cleanliness and room preparation significantly lowered our overall experience.

Hotel has everything what you need. Location is ale great, on foot you can come i 3min to the market and till 5 min to mamy restaurants in the neighbourhood. I really enjoyed the stay.

- coffeemaker was very slow and there were only 2 of them so waiting for coffee was annoying, too less for this number of tourists
