"Avoid the top floor!"

We always request the top floor away from the elevator. Didn't work this time - the top floor has fan noise coming from the bathroom you can't control. It's loud. If you need a sound machine to sleep - could be a good thing. Room didn't have any towels when we checked in. Went to the front desk and staff was very friendly and quickly offered to move us to a room on a lower floor. She said all rooms on the top floor have a ceiling fan that connects to the roof - you can't control it. Otherwise - our new room was great. Has full kitchen, very comfortable room, great TV system with streaming options, and nice shower. Will stay here again - just on a lower floor!

"Book it... You will not regret it."

This hotel was wonderful. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The entire property was clean and very well kept. The breakfast was exceptional. The lady, I think her name was Betty, worked continuously to keep everything stocked and refilled. All of the serving stations were clean and the food was delicious. The coffee bar was a 10 out of 10. The room was large and perfect for 4 adults. The room was well stocked with towels and it was CLEAN!!!!!! I can not say enough good things about this hotel.

There was absolutely nothing I did not like. It was a fabulous experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

There was no hot water in the hotel. When we checked in, the staff told us to let the water run for 15 minutes to warm up. We ran the water for more than forty five minutes, and it never got even a little warm. I contacted the front desk twice to request we be moved to a room so we could shower. They told me they did not have any rooms available although the website indicated there were rooms available. In the morning comma they told me that most of the rooms in the hotel did not have hot water and that someone would be contacting me to adjust my rate or refund my money. That has not occurred.
