"Cancelled at the last minute. I'm 81 years old. Not okay."

When we arrived, I found that our reservation had been cancelled. Unbeknownst to me, Booking.com notified me 1 hour before we arrived. We were turned away with no acceptable alternatives. I will not reserve there again nor through Booking.com again. Whole situation = unacceptable.

Being turned away--reso cancelled--after it had been confirmed days before.

I love everything about this property. I frequent the Raleigh Cary area often and this is one of my top choices for a hotel. The front staff is always friendly, the hotel looks immaculate, and the rooms are so modern and chic. Absolutely love this hotel property 10 out of 10 highly recommend
