There were long hairs in the room, the towels appeared dirty as did the small soap that was in the bathroom. The machine that sold water was out of order. I booked this room for a family member and as inexperienced travelers, they didn't know what to do as it was late in evening. I called the motel the next day and they refused any type of compensation. Expedia was not much help in advocating for me.

Shawn on the afternoon shift was especially helpful. I would recommend this lodging and would consider staying here again.

No pots or dishes in the kitchenette. There are very few utensils.
