I checked in late night to this place and found that Steve and Mark were pleasant. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the Rooms. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! A MOTEL or maybe, a Truck Stop with a Garden! I was offered the Room next door for the Disabled The Door Handle is practically falling apart jingling in free-play as I opened it. The Room smells, old, musty, reaks of Urine & Animal. The Air was almost suffocating. When I got to the Room which was ultimately assigned, although you could see Areas, not just Spots, on the Floor looked damaged, the Lighting was poor so the level of dirt & filthiness was not readily visible until daybreak. Meanwhile, the Bed was slept in on the left side and the Pillows smelled like somebody’s Perfume. I just closed back the Bed & rested on Top using the other Two Pillows from the Closet. Had to open the Bathroom window to ventilate the Place. In the Morning my Heart sank to see the Tub was guy-wrenching filthy. Turn the Water on and a lot of Black Substance/Debris/Materials started to accumulate in the Tub forming a Ting as the Water collected and drained away. Couldn’t bathe there. Sink dirty. The Floors had dirty Footprints and Sand from Bed to Bathroom; The Desk, Refrigerator Door, & Shelf dirty. Hair about the Place. I reported to Mark that my Room was filthy and ask them to go check it out. He apologized profusely & said the next time I stay with them, they will make it up to me. No Sir! Poor upkeep!

50 cash deposite Not friendly Ignored a customer trying to chk in outside smoking

Thought I’d give this place a try after seeing all the good reviews. Those reviews must have had a different room than I did, because no way can I rate this place a 10 of 10! First issue: You have to pay a $50 cash deposit for an actual key to the room. If you’re checking out early, you have to drive down the road to another location with the key to get that $50 back. Second issue: That key. It only operates the bottom handle lock, not the deadbolt. So if you leave valuables in your room, they are only protected by an easily-bypassed regular door lock. According to the check in person, the rooms are old condos that Richard bought up as the old people who owned them died off. And Richard did not replace most of theor furniture. Only the mattress was new, the rest of the place is a time capsule from the 60’s, with a blanket spread over the green couch cushions so you don’t see them. Yes, it has a kitchen and a fridge. But, if you’re thinking you will be able to stay and make meals here, think again. The cupboards are empty except for 5 soup bowls and 1 spatula. No silverware, no plates, no utensils. Nothing. Not even a sponge or soap. The windows are from the 60’s as well, single pane with no sound deadening. You’ll hear the racing cars on the main road out front, 24/7. No curtains meant the lights outside shined through the broken Venetian blinds all night. And to top it off, the hot water only lasted 7 minutes. Good thing I was by myself. 👎

They wouldn’t provide you with more than one pillow or towel per person. Forget about an extra blanket.

Studio is spacious. Furniture are old.
