SGBreakfast spread was fairly wide and tasted good. The family suite was really comfortable, and I liked the zesty pomelo scented soaps in the toilets too.
I wish there were children-friendly channels available on the TV (eg. cartoon network), and that there were more interesting shops and eateries around the hotel.
SGLocation was good. Less than 10min drive away from Legoland with plenty of food options within walking distance. Booked a family suite. Room was clean and spacious for a family of 4. There is also free parking available at premises.
Room was right above swimming pool and they had a live band going on until 12mn on Fri night which can be clearly heard from the room. Pillows were also very soft. Had to stack two pillows in order to have better neck support.
SGSGHotel was good, we are comfortable, all is clean facilities and location was good shopping mall all convinient. Will definitely will come again.
There was a miscommunication, and we were given a room that is not clean yet. And we had trouble going down again with 4 kids,pram, and our luggage
SGFriendly staff, clean environment and room is spacious and comfortable. Came for anniversary and they decorated with balloons.
Despite shower has a door to close for showering, the doors are not close fully and water are gathering on the drains including near the toilet bowl. Pillows were too soft which required at least 3 pillows to stack it.
Checking in was terrible. We informed the hotel upon our arrival at 10am. We were assured that we will be informed once a room is made available. In the end, the room wasn't ready, even after the check in time at 3pm. We waited till almost 4pm to get our room. Having travelled since 4am, it was a terrible wait.
Wonderful stay, room is clean and comfortable for my family. Will definitely return back for our next trip, all amenities are under one roof and conveniently located

Soundproofing wasn't great. there was loud music late at night. Not sure from neighbouring rooms or somewhere else
