"Exceptional"

I chose this hotel based on reviews on the rednote app and we were really happy during our stay here at Sunway big box. The family suite was big and clean, The best part was the two toilets so nobody had to fight over the toilets. Hotel provides free shuttle to legoland and is connected to malls on both sides that have a cinema, arcade, indoor playground and food places etc. A hotel that is suitable for families with kids to come!

Overall Experience was good. The Room was good. The facilities was good.

Overall Experience was good. The coffee machine need be repaired as the coffee during breakfast was cold. Should have variety of food with more delicious like Sunway Hotel in Sunway Laggon.

The breakfast is nice, not great, because of the quality offered. But sufficient with local and international selections. I love the staffs - all smiley - showcasing the warmth of Malaysian. The partial sheltered carpark right next to the building is fantastic. Its complimentary and near to other shops along the same stretch. The water pressure in the room is great! Room is huge and spacious.

Couldn't see any flaws!
