Ocean Bay Phu Quoc Resort and Spa

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful and very well maintained. The beach and the view were lovely. The breakfast had many options and was delicious.

There could be more showers along the beach to rinse of saltwater

Deuxième séjour à Ocean Bay, que nous avions déjà fait il y a 3 ans. Définitivement un de mes hôtels préféré, les espaces de vies, la piscine en phase avec la végétation et la mer est juste magnifique ! On s'y sent bien partout, avec une mention particulière pour les logements qui sont tous très bien aménagés avec des matières organiques. Le petit déjeuner est superbe, bien fourni et garni avec des spécialités vietnamiennes. Personnel au soin, toujours réactif au moindre problème : nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner !

Le seul point moins exceptionnel reste les restaurants de l'hôtel, la nourriture n'est pas incroyable.

Resort itself is beautiful with gardens and bungalows, beach and forests. It makes you feel like you are in a secret jungle.

Music choice needs to be improved.

Good location with private beach, staff especially Ms Hue was very helpful throughout my stay and regularly checked on me. The pool and beach facilities were very good and stay overall was comfortable

Room cleaning could be better especially the bath and toilet areas. But the hotel staff was very receptive to feedback !
