A fantastic location in the heart of Zurich conveniently situated by the train station and Old Town and shopping with lots of eating and dining options. The room exceeded our expectations related to space, comfort, and cleanliness. Everything you need as a base to explore the city. Loved the rain shower!

"Great Hotel in a Great Location"

What a lovely hotel in the best location. It's only a block away from the main train station so it is so easy to commute to the airport. The check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very modern and super clean. The mattress was very comfortable as well. We especially want to commend the night manager, Chandan who was super helpful when we needed a little help with a small issue that happened in the overnight hours. There are a lot of nice hotels in Zurich but I am sure glad we picked The Ruby Mimi for our stay and would happily stay again when we return.

Hotel is very conveniently located steps from train station and old town. Room was clean and modern. Staff were excellent- friendly and helpful. Only drawback was external noise coming from the street into the early morning.

"Good Location"

Location was excellent so central and near the main train station Zurich HB. Very convenient for a one night stay. They had an online checkin option which was really good as it saved time when we got to the hotel. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout to explore the city. The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows. They need to have better quality ones. Apart from that a good hotel for a short stay.
