Hotel is ok but we wouldn't stay again

Liked everything at this hotel

Great staff. Rooms are clean and unique. Small but cozy.

Similar concept to CitizenM chain ie minimalist and clean concept. Great location. Lovely staff. (Breakfast choice and can be improved but very good coffee eg flat white or cappuccino )

We enjoyed the hotel and nearby amenities. It was walking distance to everything we needed.

The beds are so close to the walls I torn my leg in several places , corner of beds dangerous . Great location. But wouldn’t cone back

Wonderful place for a first visit to Zurich.

We stayed only one night in order to not miss our international flight home. It's a great location as it's next to Zurich main train station, and right in the middle of town centre. It's walkable to a lot of main sights inside Zurich. The rooms are clean, but note that they are very small (like Japanese hotel to size), it would have been a bit too small for a longer stay. Good breakfast and efficient front desk.

Excellent location in proximity to Zürich HB, and a short walk down the river to Lake Zürich. Very well curated hotel with an excellent bar. The only downside is that in their endeavour for lean luxury, there is no way to communicate with the hotel reception once in the room due to absence of room phone. They could easily have a WhatsApp number that a guest could conveniently contact. As I was travelling with my young daughter, not having in-room connectivity with the reception was a big deal for me, as if I needed anything at all, I had to take her down to the reception with me, as leaving a child alone in the room is not safe.

My child and I spent five nights here on our trip to Zurich. The location is amazing. Walking distance to shopping, train, Lake, museums, etc. Staff was great and the hotel was very quiet. AC worked great and shower/bed were comfortable. Will definitely stay again.
