Ruby Mimi Zurich

The Ruby Mimi hotel is a fantastic property. My wife only stayed one night, and we regret we couldn’t stay longer! There’s a very quaint bar on the main floor. The staff were kind and very helpful. The room was modern, clean, and with great amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Robin on your staff was so responsive and competent in addressing a room change that we requested promptly and with grace and kindness. The morning staff at breakfast were always cheerful and helpful. Alex Peer

Awful experience! City is great. Hotel is poorly redesigned, from what was a beautiful building, chopped up into poorly designed rooms. We couldn't even turn off lights. No space to hand any items, bathroom poorly equipped, shower doors didn't function, mold in shower.

The location of the hotel is very convenient.

The staff’s hospitality and warm smiles are exceptional—attentive without being pushy, and they truly help ease the fatigue of travel. However, breakfast was honestly quite poor, and given the price, it’s hard not to laugh. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of order, which made things rather inconvenient. I’d say it’s thanks to the staff that this property has managed to survive at all.

The hotel is located walking distance to HUB station. The staff was welcoming and the hotel is beautiful. The rooms a tad small, but was everything we needed for a day in Zurich.

Centrally located at shopping and the main train station. Nice and clean room and very friendly staffs! Thank you and highly recommend to everyone looking for hotel.

Location is the best. We were looking for the hotel as close as the central station with many options for dining. Check in system was smooth and they adequately assisted us with it.
